Jon just gave Paul O'Neill's truth-telling about the Bushies the royal treatment. Now, it's the Conservatives Coming Out (during Gay Pride Week, of course). You should see poor Conservative George...he's being treated badly because he's a conservative. This guy is almost as dim as Dubya. "We're here. We control the entire government and most major media outlets. Get used to it!"

saw Stephen "interviewing" some college kid with a room full of Republican gear, and turned it right back off. I have no patience for such things.

3. Richard Lewis bashing Bush

he was ranting. Bush: It takes a Village Idiot. He loves Hillary. He's tired of patriotic jingoistic flag waving covering a multitude of sins. I've always liked Richard. Like him even more, now.

4. The nature of the split

I think we are seeing the "true" conservatives splitting with the Bushies.

Remember Pat Buchanan. Well I kinda wish Pat was still in the saddle. The thing about Pat is that he is HONEST about being a bastard and he's proud of it. Bushies thing is being a total dick and acting like "compassionate".

Real conservatives would pass bills gutting millions of acres of land. It would be clearly labeled, Forest Exploitation act. These "conservatives" would label such a bill "Forest Preservation Act".

We are seeing traditional conservatives quite distressed about:

1) Direct financing of the pharmaceutical industry (Medicare Drug Plan)
2) Massive Deficits (Well they weren't that concerned about Reagan. But Bush is making Reagan look like a Penny Pincher).
3) This new immigration issue, too many immigrants, lowering wages, destruction of white collar jobs
4) Moon, Mars (Wasting money on BAD TV)
5) Violation of "States Rights" with "No Child Left Behind"
6) Violation of Civil Rites with "Patriot Act"
7) Loss of US Sovereignty via NAFTA and WTO


And finally, some conservatives are realizing that Bush just ain't that bright when it comes to policy.

I'm hoping that some of the "real conservatives" will see that Bush is destroying this nation.

... is the funniest thing on TV, and for material it uses our own political process, and f*ckhead Repugnicant politics. Gotta tell ya something :)

10. The funniest thing was the audience's reaction

to O'Neill saying (paraphrased): "Why would anybody attack me just for telling the truth?" Just uproarious laughter.
