Wow....just watched the first three hours of Planet Earth on Discovery HD.
It was really good, but I'm still perplexed as to why they needed to have a different narrator for the US. It's not like David Attenborough's accent was so thick as to make it hard to understand or anything.

2. Excellent series!
Best since "Cosmos", in my opinion. I think Sigourney did quite a good job, although it would be interesting to hear Attenborough.
