7. Actually, I was on the board giving it a classification.

It's done differently up here - every province has their own ratings board; no MPAA. The outcome is more or less the same, though. And indeed I did like it.

8. I got paid to see the preview of "The Doors" movie a few years back.

I was even in Venice when Oliver Stone was filming it and was having a brew with some of the extras. I rode my bike along the beach and there they were, then a month or so later was approached outside a movie theatre to see if I'd like to see the preview and give my opinion. I also saw "Back to the Future" that way.
