Poll question: Regarding the possibility that the contaminated wheat gluten was used in human food

3. Call the manufacturer to find out who their supplier is,
and then throw it out anyway because you know they're lying to cover their asses.

7. They don't like to answer those questions
I do research and development for a food company and my job would be a whole lot easier if I could call up competitors and ask where they got their ingredients.

9. I believe you.
In this case they might feel obliged to at least rule out the chinese supplier, however.

4. Two questions:
1) If you choose the 'screaming tweener' option, will you post a video?

and

2) Is "seitan" pronounced like "Satan"? ('Cause that would be cool...)

5. 1. I'm sure flvegan could be talked into taking video
2. Close enough to be the butt of jokes. Damn, I don't have my "praise seitan" shirt out here with me or I'd post a pic. Like this, but on a black wifebeater: http://store.foodfightgrocery.com/prsest.html

6. Then if video is a possibility, I have cast my vote...
(Actually, I'd probably just eat the stuff, unless there's a report in the morning paper about toxins actually getting into people food...)

The shirt is hilarious...
