I'm a hard workin' man. I look like a hard workin' man. I wear t-shirts and bib overalls. I drive a truck for a living. Good thing is that I'm local. I live near Dayton, Ohio.

Someone reminded me tonight about why I need that special touch. It's been so long.

Recruits need nothing special except for being who they really are. You ain't got to be fancy or perfect. I need that gental touch.
