Would you rather throw up or have explosive diarrhea?

Just curious since I have this horrible stomach flu and cannot figure out which I hate worse. Trying to figure out the pros and cons of each.
I do have to say that everytime I run to the bathroom to puke, my cat runs and watches me. I don't know but it is giving me the creeps.

I had just had a quesadilla from Del Taco and big chunks of cheese were coming out of my nose.. While I had explosive diarrhea. I would say 30 percent of my output made it into the toilet.
