BTW, we members of the tribe still refer to them as "mishmash." Calling them "everything" is about as shamefully goyishe as you can get. Like putting mayonnaise on corned beef goyishe. Like flavored martinis goyishe. Like paying retail goyishe. You're forgiven, of course, one can't help being what one is. ;)

depending on what I'm putting on the bagel. :9

And there's no bagels like real New York City bagels. They just aren't as good anyplace else. :(

I am aware that I frequent the Olive Garden of bagel bakeries, but that's all I have- and I live in a community with a sizeable Jewish population. go figure.

Bagel = baked
Donut = deep-fried
