Such a skit would be blatently racist, because it would have appeared for no reason. I have never heard any black commentators proclaim that quarterbacks are propped up by the media because they are white.
This is a conservative racists favorite strawman for justifying their xenophobic beliefs.
It falls along the lines of "How come there can be a club at school celebrating hispanics and celebrating blacks, but not one celebrating whites?" Well, if you want one, start one. But I bet that in the process you will offend and alienate 80% of the school.
