I finally finished all the remodeling projects I've been trying to get done for the past 6 1/2 years. It's really depressing that I never got it all done while we still lived and we never got to enjoy it but it wasn't often that I had excess money AND excess time to get it done. Sure looks great now though. I wish I believed in god so that I could pray that it sells quickly. Wish me luck?

You've picked a great time of year to list your home. The weather is just turning nice, and people are just beginning to think of moving. People with kids prefer to move in the summer, after school is out, and so look for homes in the spring.
All the sweat you put into the house will more than pay off.

We listed our home in March 2 years ago, and got lucky - it sold the first day to the first couple that looked at it. Here's to wishing you the same success!
