Today's candidate for retail immortality actually works for the company.

This fucking idiot works for our Home Services division, who runs our various Sell, Furnish and Install programs. Today I called one of their operators because a customer wanted to get a Free Estimate on having a dog yard fenced in, either a 20x20 yard or a 30x30 yard.

After a few minutes of discussion with the operator, the customer handed me the phone back. "She says they have a 50-foot minimum, so they're unable to take care of me."

Okay, so let me get this straight...they're gonna build a fence around a 20x20 area with less than 50 feet of fence fabric. Wouldn't the dog get out?
