10. Thanks, hon

I'm hearing from quite a few other people that their allergies are pretty bad, too. I'm trying to keep it at bay with meds. :hi:

7. Snow mold?
I should know this being in the same climate. I thought that was what happens to (and kills) grass if you don't rake your leaves....

However, being allergic to mold (or mould :)), I totally understand. Living in No. Cal. in the winter was a nightmare for my sinuses.

(How are you, U4ic? Any signs of Spring yet?)

:hi:

11. Hi Zookeeper!
How are you doing? I remember a week or so ago that you weren't doing so well.

Snow mould usually occurs after snow has been on the ground for quite a long time, and it starts melting and moistening the ground underneath. We've had this snow since October...so there's a lot of it.

This is what it looks like:

Most of the lawn hasn't melted, but there are huge swatches of it where it has. I don't even want to think about how I'll be when the rest of it melts...:scared: (tip: buy Kleenex shares now...)

12. You know, that looks familiar, U4ic....
It's just been too many years since we've had a constant layer of snow on the ground. :(

I hope the snow mold dries up quickly and you aren't too miserable.

I have been feeling a bit better, thanks for asking. However, it appears that a new crisis is brewing with my #1 son. *Sigh* I'll just buckle my seat belt....

:hi:
