For 2 burgers: Fry 3 strips of bacon. When cool, mince. Don't cook it too crisp. Mince half an onion and carmelize it in the bacon drippings. Mix these with your favorite Cajun seasoning and some powdered garlic into the ground beef, about a pound.
Make into patties and grill. Top with fromage of your choice. You'll thank me for this.
