2. Astonishingly, they are considered a minor delicacy out here in HI
roughly in the same food group as Spam, except you don't have to heat 'em up. :eyes:

4. As soon as I get done eating all of the "head cheese" in my refrigerator, I'm going to go right out
and get some! Maybe I'll get some of those "pop-n-serve" rolls and make some of those little pigs in a blanket!

5. A close cousin to Red Snappers
Hot Dogs are considered too healthy in Maine so they load them up with Red Dye #2 and everyone affectionately calls them Red Snappers. If you boil them, the water turns blood red. If you BBQ them, all the fat melts and causes them to explode into a firery burst.
