Photoshop Challenge

Gang, I need a photoshopped image of Bush not listening. Could be with fingers in his ears, with hands over ears, with protective ear muffs, etc. Needs to be kinda bug if possible so I can print and put on sign (or maybe even a close to life size cut-out).

Here's the kicker, I also need the same for Ronald Spogli, U.S. ambassador to Italy.
