Dysons customer service sucks!

Their vacuums suck, too. Which is a good thing. Too bad they destroy your floors and carpets as well. Of course, getting any help on this is a nightmare.

4. It leaves huge deep scratches in the hardwood floors.

In the area rugs, you can see where it's tearing strips as well. I've looked on the bottom and nothing looks out of place or sharp. I like the vacuum, it picks up lots of stuff. I have 2 dogs including 1 chow.

ETA: I've seen similar comments about scratching on some of the review sites, so I don't think it's just me.

Thanks for the warning. I will keep an eye out, definitely. I love my Dyson, I have 3 cats and hardwoods and vacuuming is just a JOY now instead of a chore.
