If I stayed on working with the barbells, I said I'd buy myself the next 50LB set on Friday.

Now that I can do many reps with the 25LB dumbbells and really give the 35LB barbell a swig for its money, I've earned the upgrade!

The arm exercises feel wierd after doing them, but turnaround time is short and even typing becomes easier again.

AND I can see muscle growth too! Sweet!!

Now if I can do this with my legs, somehow... :D

And with no steroids either, how's that for a wimp! :D :D
