2. That's only 31,000 lap dances right?
You could have the place in no time, unless you've changed careers

3. I'll bet maintenance costs are enormous
and who the hell wants to live in Decatur?

That being said, I would like to live in a Wright House, it would be like living in a sculpture...with Bathrooms.

7. $620K does seem like a bargain
Edited on Wed Mar-07-07 11:22 AM by Richardo
I don't have it, you understand, but I'd expect a FLW home of that size to go for a lot more. Only $114/sq ft.

15. Real Estate in downstate Illinois is very depressed
My $300k tract home in the burbs would go for 60 or 70k down there. I just checked, median home value in Decatur is $62k

12. Wow. That's cheap.
Down here in South Florida, that house would probably be on the water, and would probably run about $5 mil.

20. I was thinking the same thing!
$620,000 doesn't go very far in South Florida. In some areas it's hard to find a decent house under $1 million.

Edited on Wed Mar-07-07 11:57 AM by QMPMom
For that house, living in Illinois would almost be bearable.

You can't swing a cat around here without hitting some kind of FLW designed building. ;)
