I rarely do that, but my method was to use search and see if the person in question has every written anything negative about Bush. But I guess if they know that they could put a couple phony rants or bashes in there just to cover their trail. Once when googling my username I found a guy on an 'evil' site bragging about what he had written to me on this site. I went to alert, but he was already gone.
