CHESTERFIELD, Va. -- A Chesterfield County man is accused of randomly distributing copies of a homemade sex video.

Police said they believe David Feltmeyer, 33, distributed DVDs and placed copies on vehicle windshields along a major thoroughfare near Route 288.

Authorities said Feltmeyer is charged with one felony count and one misdemeanor count of using a computer to carry out the production of an obscene exhibition and two misdemeanor counts of knowingly producing an obscene exhibition.

He is being held on bond in the Chesterfield County Jail.

The incident remains under investigation.

Feltmeyer is scheduled to appear in Chesterfield County General District Court on April 16.
