Got pulled over last night.....

um....40 in a 25....went thru stop sign, which btw is a new stop sign on a route I always take it was rather unexpected, and it's in an unbelievably stupid spot...I can't believe he missed the fact that my inspection went in February. The funny thing was, he just told me to slow it down, and let me go....lol, one of these days my luck is going to run out.

on edit, I'd like to say that NO my babe was not in the car, I was on my way home from work.....

1. I think Law Enforcement Officers use various criteria
in deciding whether to write a ticket.

For example:
Do you have a lot of tickets on your record?
Were you showing cleavage?

stuff like that ...

anyway congratulations on dodging a ticket.

it is a new stop though, on a regularly traveled route... he did ask why I was speeding, so I told him the truth...my boobies are leaking, which was seriously true, they started at the end of my shift, and I really wanted to get home to my baby, which was also very true. I'm having separation anxiety problems. It's a new job, and the first time I have left her, been home for 3 months. Either he took pitty on me, or couldn't handle the boobie leaking part.

5. My wife just went through that!
We have a six month old and she went back to work part time when he was about four months old. She still has some separation anxiety. I really wish she could just quit her job and she could stay home with him. It's way to hard to breastfeed and pump at work etc. :banghead:

I'm sure you telling the cop that you were leaking might have had something to with his letting you go.

hubbie wishes I could as well, unfortunately, in this wonderful economy we have, for some reason it's still taking two incomes to make ends meet....
