11. Drinking beer and thinking about fixing dinner

I do it in stages. Tonight I'm having Chinese sesame noodles with scallions and bok choy. My shitakes are soaking, so I take a break and do this. Next I will go in the kitchen and boil the noodles and finish the first work with the vegetables, then I come back in here and drink more, then go back and work some more, perhaps mix the sauce ingredients. Then more beer and music as well. Then go out and sit on the porch.

I like to have dinner by four... :)
