I wanted a real hot chili this time. It has habanero (2), jalapeno and ancho chiles. Also, I added beer. Yumm!!! :9 :9

and both ground beef and chunks of sirloin for texture. :9

3. Suh-weet! Try a mix of pinto and black beans next time. You'll be glad you did.

Or even better, buy one of those bags of "15-bean soup mix" and use that bean mixture. Lots of variety, right there.

I think my chili will turn out too spicy. I might have to cook it longer so it won't be so powerfull. I used 2 whole habaneros!!
