Any suggestions on how I can break the habit?

Seriously, I start getting cravings if I go more than four-five days without a couple.

3. I had the same problem right after college. I used to eat them
by the dozens. Then, one night I bit into one while in my bed drawing something, and I felt a rear molar crumble - a terrible feeling. Although it had nothing to do with the pop-tart, I've never been able to eat one since.

That probably doesn't help you, though. :rofl:
