2. I'm trying to get back into my habit of going ot the gym in the a.m.
I didn't get to bed as early as I wanted to last night, so I'm dragging a little. But I know by evening, I'll be dog-tired and I'll definitely make it to bed early tonight. Getting up tomorrow won't be so difficult.

so for now... coffee!

3. I have to go to the doctor today...
Edited on Tue Feb-27-07 09:51 AM by Omphaloskepsis
11:45PM (I started drinking)... 6:46AM right now.. I'm really scared and thought drinking a beer would be a good idea. One has turned into eight.. Not sure if getting wasted before a EKG is the best idea. Fuck it, I will be honest.

I'm sure the alcohol was meant to calm you down, but really.... just take care.

7. I don't run outdoors in the winter
I'm too afraid I'll slip and break something.

I'll be back on the indoor track next week. It's been 2 months since I was at the gym, and I want to ease my way back to running.

8. Well
let's just say that I HAD to do something. I saw a number on the scales that was quite shocking. I don't know how much I have lost but I will 29 days from now on my *gulp* 40th birthday.

9. I hear ya
my hiatus from the gym has not has positive consequences.

40 is not so bad. I'm lighter, fitter, and much more younger looking today than I was at 35... or even 32.
