How do I transfer my ITunes to my new Mac?
Ok, I have my new MacBook, my Ipod Nano that is synched to my old HP desktop...What do I do to get my info onto my Mac, and not lose my songs?

1. Can you burn a CD?
I don't know if that would work...just a suggestion.

2. You can "authorize" up to five computers with the same account.
But the easy steps are:

1. Make sure all of your songs are on iTunes.
2. Burn a Back Disk (may take multiple CDs or a DV-R disc) (Be sure to sell "all songs" when backing up)
3. Install iTunes on your new computer.
4. Install all of the updates, etc. for iTunes.
5. Put the Back up disk into your new computer.
6. iTunes will ask you if you want to restore your files.
7. Click Yes.

4. use an ethernet cable and windows filesharing
then it's a simple drag and drop. don't forget to deauthorize your HP while it is still connected to the web to not waste an allotment on it.

alternatively, if you don't have that much, simply use your nano as a hard drive and move stuff back and fro.
