61. Working in my brothers tattoo shop

I noticed that, for men, that and the sternum were the most painful areas (I saw a lot of guys pass out when getting work done across the shoulder blades). Actually, sternum hurts for everyone. My most painful were the backs of my calves, and my brother kept yelling at me for twitching so much. Then he got his done and he did the same thing! All of my siblings who've gotten that area done do the same thing, we have some funny wiring that gets us bouncing and twitching like crazy back there!

That was the very first one that i got... my artist said i was nuts.

My rationale was that i planned to get a lot of work done, and if i started with the worst first, it was all downhill from there.

when i had my sleeve done, i was worked on 4 to 5 hours a day for about 5 days straight because i had the outline already complete and my tattooist decided he was moving to Florida in a month so he had limited time to finish it . by the 5th day my arm felt like it was going to drop off but STILL my upper back tat hurt MUCH worse.
