I'm leaving DU for a While...

Dear DU lounge,

It has been a wonderful time here in the lounge the past few years, making new friends, flirting, killing time, and just having a place to be where I fit in.

Due to personal circumstances, real-life drama, and a fierce and deeply-felt pain I need to deal with, I will be taking a break from DU for a while.

I will try to continue to post daily poems, but beyond that, I will be not posting.

Thank you for all you've done for me. I will try to return if and when I am whole again. :hug:

Geez RL - this place just won't be the same without you here. I hope it all gets better soon. I know you've been going through a rough patch and there's a lot to deal with. I'm not sure how leaving DU will help but if it does - then that's what you have to do. Just know that we - I - will miss your posts.

I'm glad the poetry will still be here. I don't often comment - but that's usually because I'm so moved by your selections - it's not really possible to express myself properly - so I say nothing. My own "rough patch" seems eerily to be illuminated/illustrated by the poems you post. :shrug:
