1. My dear KitchenWitch!
We just take a briefcase full of papers and throw it at our accountant!

Well........maybe not!

But he does the majority of the work, for which we pay him handsomely!

Sorry you're having so much fun!

2. I have always done our taxes.
It isn't usually so bad, but we had two states to fill out partial year residency forms for.

8. I had alot of fun with that
because the IRA deduction also changed my state percentages. I fiddled with the amount of it to get the highest EIC and the lowest Missouri taxes. Like when my income was 12,501 another $2 in my IRA knocked it down a step in the tax table.

7. Like the one where my head spins 2880 degrees when I realize
what a complete ripoff the whole tax system is, and that I'm getting ass-invaded AGAIN this year?

:P

10. Am wrestling with tons of paperwork here
Just getting the spreadsheets done, and then all the scanning and other gathering of info for my CPA takes about 25 hours all told... and I have been GOOD this year in keeping things up to date, collected, and in order. Spent about seven hours today just doing that. Wish mine were simple and I could just use TurboTax or something ;(
