5 minutes of shoveling this shit off the walk and my plow guy shows up and takes care of BOTH driveways in about another 5 minutes. AND he will be back tomorrow while we are at work to clean up the rest!

3. How odd you start this thread. Our plowguy just called... from the
bottom of the driveway.

I had to laugh.
I knew why he was calling.
Earlier this winter my husband (King of Duck Tape and all things Rube Goldberg) had set out stakes along the driveway. And I KNEW these were too close.

Sure enough. Our plowguy was having a hard time.
I told him... "Go ahead. Plow 'em under."

I had a snow day today.
What the hell do I care?

I love everybody!
Wah hoo, Snow Day!

9. There are some things you should ALWAYS hire someone else to do:
Snow removal, because that can give you a fucking heart attack, and

Plumbing, because your back REALLY HURTS after 15 minutes under the kitchen sink.

12. I started this 2 years ago
I agree - it's a big help and worth every penny. Even with my old super-duper snowblower, it took a while to get the driveway done. And, now that our driveway is on a bit of a hill, it's definitely necessary.
