3. Those were my favorite painters to watch in NYC.

I'd always stop and watch them do a few paintings. I never bought one, and now I really regret it.

Of course, the NYC ones didn't need the safety of a "booth", they just did it out on the sidewalk.

7. I saw a guy doing similar pieces in Vegas just a few weeks ago

As I recall, the dude in Vegas was doing landscapes, waterfalls, mountain ranges, and dessert scenes.
I don't recall him doing any space or sci fi styled artwork. It was neat to watch him.

I don't like the spires, but other than that, it was an awesome painting. I'm especially impressed that he put in the sunlight glinting around the planets in the background. I wouldn't have thought of that.
