Suggestions where to report/vent re: home warranty company?

I'm so pissed I'm shaking. I've been trying to navigate state government websites to find out which division regulates home warranty companies. Doesn't seem the North Carolina Insurance Commission does. I can't find a thing as to where to report complaints.

The company is doing ZIP to make up for THEIR gross negligence and mistakes.

Any suggestions?

I have AHS and haven't had heat since December 11th. I'm fortunate that I don't live further north, but it's still been colder here than it's been in years of late.

5. Better Business Bureau?

We had terrible problems (huge, long, involved story) with a home warranty company in the late 90s. They were based in Colorado and no longer in business; there was a class action suit filed against them and very few, if any, wronged customers received a settlement. The company filed bankruptcy and avoided payouts. We were out a significant amount of moneny because of them.

I also like the idea of contacting the State Attorney General.
