I mean come on, I'm a Sonic fan, we are about as low as it gets!

6. you'd think Pierce alone could get them a few wins in there
He's in the hospital tonight. Exhaustion or something.

I once met Gary Payton at Niketown in Seattle. I could barely talk. I was like Daniel Stern and Dan Akroyd on Celtic Pride when they met Larry Bird. :)

Hey, I'm a hardcore Sonic fan, through the kind of good, the bad and the extremely awful times. There is honor in loyalty.

7. Yeah, they got my loyalty...
I think the Sonics have the only Seattle Championship, during my lifetime...I think they won the NBA title in like...77, or 78...to bad I was just a young child, and didn't know of that momentus event!....:D

The only Sonic I ever met, was Dale Ellis...I was a bag boy at our local grocer, and I'm in my groove, bagging stuff...and I get some gatorade/newspaper slid down the counter, and I look up to say "paper/plastic" and I'm staring right into the midsection of a very tall man...I was 6'3 1/2 at the time, and me staring into somebody's chest like that was weird...so, I look up, up up, and I was like, WTF! Dale Ellis, holy cow! Dale in my crappy hometown! I shook his hand, and got him to autograph a paper bag for me....:D

8. that was a guy who could flat out shoot
My cousin in MT won a state championship playing for a guy who was good friends with George Karl when Karl was a CBA coach in MT. So his older brother went to a Sonics game and was waiting outside the gate yelling at George Karl and he mentioned his coaching friend's name, and Karl came over and started BSing him. Gave him free tickets and everything. Some people can just talk their way into anything. :)

9. Yes, Ellis was a fantastic
perimeter shooter, and pretty good behind the 3point arc....:) I'm surprised when people actually know who he is...when people ask me what famous people I've come across, Dale is usually the first one I bring up, and they are like "Dale who? The car driver?" .....
