I'm in the same boat:

I just noticed that I have some seltzer...which combined with Cinnamon Dolce syrup would make soda, although not root beer.

I have vanilla SoyDream.

you'd think that these would combine to make a float of some sort but...

when I added the SoyDream, it kinda bobbed there for a second. Then it dropped like a rock to the bottom of the glass. It's just sitting there, taunting me I guess. "You thought I was going to fizz, didn't you? Didn't you? $%^% You!"

So disappointing.
