What's a good anti-spam program?
I downloaded the free Comodo program, couldn't get it to activate, and then couldn't send or receive e-mail.
Finally un-installed it, had to go in a reset how I connect to my e-mail server and now it's working again.

I'm using Windows XP home edition, Outlook Express e-mail, and Firefox browser.
I'd like a free download, but at this point I'd even pay for a good program.
Thanks.

Is it through your ISP or is it a free web based e-mail like hotmail, yahoo, or Gmail?

9. that is your ISP
have you considered using Thunderbird instead of outlook express (which is crap)???

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/

While you are there, get firefox too. Thu8nderbird has a "learning type" spam filter. it allows a very easy way to "teach" the spam filter what to filter, it works too.

8. I use Spam expert
and love it, it's a free program, I found it at http://snapfiles.com it takes a few days for it to learn what you want to keep but I'd try it.
