I am not sure what 'personal territory' is supposed to be. We do not have offices or cubicles where I work. I might have scored 20, but some of that is environmental. If personal insults are flying my way on a regular basis, I am going to deliver some back, usually in a humorous way, but I do not believe I draw first blood.
