...Pretty wild to see people still practicing that particular dance form and doing it so well. Might have been more appropriate if they had been cutting a rug to "Stomping at the Savoy" since that's what made that particular dance hall so well known.

Believe it or not, Malcolm X was a big Lindy Hopper back when he was still Malcolm Little. The intro to The Autobiography of Malcolm X has a recollection by author Alex Haley of watching long-limbed and typically taciturn Malcolm jump up and start jitterbugging around the room while recollecting during one of their interviews.
