I want this movie REMADE...

....I was named after this book...my Mom read it while she was pregnant with me and after readin' wiki about how the book was banned because it was considered *pornographic* back in the day...which it most assuredly is NOT..I read it and LOVED it...and how the movie was toned down too...I think it should be remade because it wasn't portrayed in the same vein it was written in...and because I think it would make a totally awesome movie by today's standards. What are your thoughts...ever read the book or seen this movie?! Inquirin' minds want to know! :)

2. InDEED...they've made so many remakes lately...stuff that was total suckage....

....when it was new...even the old version of this wasn't bad...it's just ancient...and left out so much that was pertinent to the story line. :hi:
