3. A good gag, but this show has been losing steam...

Unlike 'The Simpsons', all FG has is topical jokes and reusing old things as references for jokes.

I haven't kept track, but do they still do fart and penis jokes? (and the gay joke that used to be at least one per episode, but I think that was ditched after season 3...)

5. I find Family Guy to be too formulaic

with their cut away jokes which have little to do with the plot "This is almost as bad as the time Peter... <insert unlikely amusing job description/and or action>". It can be funny occasionally though.
