I need help with a New Years resolution.
One of my New Years resolutions is to promote my website so that by the end of the year I'm getting 100 hits a day. (Currently I'm at about 20.) I'm not doing this for money...this is a hobby that justifies my news-junkie inclinations. Plus, I want to kick Drudges ass.

Does anyone have ideas on how to promote a News Summery website like mine with little-to-no money? (I'm an easier-to-read version of Drudge & Buzz-Flash.)

I already submitted my link to DU about 2 months ago, I have tags in the HTML to help bots find my site, I actively look for other people to swap links with and I write essays & post them on the site, I have even started producing audio-clips for broadcast on other websites.

Any other ideas? Criteria: Must be FREE!!!

In fact, I have about 200 subscribers to my morning news-summery. It's kinda cool.
