6. Actually, I was kind of a bitch.
I know that their last pastor left because of some real conflict, but their profile didn't even hint at that. I kept pushing them as to why they have an opening, why their pastor left,etc.

In the briefing afterwards, they admitted they needed to come clean.

Honesty is your friend.
