Now I REALLY hate that stupid NutriSystem commercial.
SophieMN picked up that little phrase from it, and is constantly repeating it.
That spokeschick needs to be drowned in a vat of her own rendered fat.

1. When I was about six

I spent the night at my grandparents. I had put on my pyjamas and brushed my teeth with their Ultra-Brite toothpaste. I bounded into the living room where they were entertaining a staid elderly couple and announced, straight from the commercial, "I've got sex appeal!"

Really busy, but I almost think I do better when I am. School's going very well, everyone's healthy (for now) and there may be some exciting developments on my near-horizon (I'm afraid to get too excited, but I'm hopeful that one particular situation will pan out).

Are you still a non-smoker? I've kept at it, and finally feel like I'm really done for good.

4. My daughter picked up similar a while back...

She's almost 4 now, but this was last summer and she had heard me say it to my wife. So, she asked, "Can I be sexy, too?"

so, I told her that she was too young to be sexy, so she then asked, "When I get bigger, can I be sexy, too?"

7. The really sad thing is...

I saw your quote, and immediately pictured "Pat" from SNL.

There's one episode with George Wendt (from Cheers) as a barber trying to figure out what Pat is, and barely clips his/her hair. At the end, Pat takes a look and utters the immortal phrase.

But yes, Nutri-System chick needs a kick in the box.

8. Haha! I knew just from reading the subject line

you were talking about the NutriSystem chicks.

I've never payed especially close attention, but I'm guessing there's a microscopic "Results not typical" at the bottom of the screen. And I can't help but wonder how much weight they put back on once they stop eating the NutriSystem food.
