Poll question: Who do you want to win the Super Bowl?
Granted, the best teams already dropped out, but among those left, who are you rooting for as the next Super Bowl Champions?

1. I would be a poor New Englander indeed if I did not pull for the Pats.
"Chowderheads" indeed! :P

I didn't refer to them as the New England Wingnuts!

2. Gotta go with the Colts
But I'd be happy with a Saints win as well. The Bears and the Pats can lick Peyton Manning's cleats.

5. I like the Saints because they've never been to a Super Bowl
let alone won one. I think I would feel good for the people of New Orleans if the Saints won, though. The athletes on the team are just like other professional athletes. They can pay their way out of nasty things like hurricanes.

I hate that crap. I also was happy when the Yankees lost the World Series after 9/11. I'm tired of this "we got fucked up so root for us crap" Chicago and Indianapolis are also in my Rust Belt region wheras NO is in the South and thus sucks ass.

thus the true spirit of Mardi Gras/Carnival/Fasching is absent.

I am a bears fan, but if I wasn't I would want them to win just to shut up this major media bullshit saints / katrina / america's team / god's choice crap.

If the saints win, new orleans will STILL be below sea level. media = Putz.

So, for this year,

da bears.

Pats are too annoying.
Saints are too sympathetic "god's justice" after katrina.
Colts? I thought they were in Baltimore.

da bears.

Edited on Sun Jan-21-07 01:46 PM by Rabrrrrrr
New Orleans, as a team, I just don't care enough about to like or dislike - but if they win, I'll be probably just as happy as any other team. Chicago can go hang themselves, especially the (cheating, obnoxious) Bears. They deserve four generations of misery and suffering for the antics of the assholes on that team in the 1980s.

Truthfully, I have enjoyed watching the superbowl sometimes but it's usually more about the party. I just don't see why I should care about a corporate intramural league. :)

Just another excuse to stuff one's face with pizza.

Speaking of which, I just ordered one for delivery, as the game gets started at Soldier Field. And my 2-year old even cooperated, by peacefully letting me put him to bed for his nap just before kickoff.
