When June died I knew it wouldn't be long before he went also. She was his life it seemed. My brother used to listen to him on the LPs when we were in high school. I bought a couple of his cds about 11 years ago and then my SO got another with "Hurt" on it. He used to make fun of his "country music", but now he likes him very much. Johnny Cash was the coolest.

Johnny Cash has been part of my consciousness since birth. My folks played his LP's in the house. He was still on the radio on AM WJJD in Chicago. I used to watch his variety show...
