Bohemian Rhapsody - Greatest Epic Song EVER
It tells a story, has some opera and then rocks it out at the very end. Can anyone deny that Bohemian Rhapsody is one of the greatest epic songs of ALL TIME

Oddly enough, I know all the words to the song including the operatic middle section

16. Funny - I've been listening to old Queen lately
To my mind, the first three albums are the best. "A Night at the Opera" was a turning point for them - a downward turn.

For epic rock, though, I think I have to go with Led Zeppelin.

18. Queen is #2 on my list - I stop at Jazz though for Queen albums
I love Jazz. News to the World was ok, but Jazz is probably my favorite Queen album, closely followed by Night at the Opera and then Day at the Races

31. The most convoluted novelty song of all time.
I read this characterization somewhere, and can't really disagree, but it's hard not to love it anyway.

Annoyingly, I spent forever looking for it on CD during a time when all the Queen albums were being remastered and reissued, and nobody had any of them in stock. I finally got the reissue of Night at the Opera and two months later Wayne's World came out and you couldn't swing a dead cat without hearing that song.

Did you know that Freddie Mercury was a Parsi and was born in Zanzibar?
