Poll question: Would You Like To Have A Daily Thread For People Who Work Out To Check In
For those who like to work out this would be a way to help motivate each other to keep up the workout. Some people may be following New Years Resolutions, others just following their routine.

I have lately been a little less than motivated to go work out after months of feeling motivated.

Anything to keep it going for me!

1. There is one over in the exercise and fitness forum.
I used to post in it, but I got to where I was not having to check in to make sure I went.

But, if you wanted to do a lounge thread too, I guess that would be ok. I'd check on weekdays when I hit the gym pre-work for 30 minutes. :)

I do an hour on an aerobic thingie, and then lift for an hour. I'm obsessive/compulsive.

3. I walk 5-6 times a week and do strength training three days a week, so
a thread here would help me keep motivated. I vote yes! :)

I just do it every day whether I feel "up to it" or not - it is a requirement for me - I don't give myself the option at all

9. This is a great idea.
As previously stated, there is a (usually) daily thread about who worked out that day, but I think putting another in The Lounge is a fantastic idea.

I work out every now and then, myself.
