I think, the testimony, I'm recalling(my memory is swiss cheese sometimes), I think he was testifying in congress about all the unfair advantages that the indians had that he didn't have, and that it was unfair, and that the Indians didn't deserve that help, blah blah blah....I should go google it, there might be a transcript on this one...
