How many here are watching A Christmas Story on TBS.
The TV is on but I don't know if anyone here is really watching it.

4. I love the movie also.
Always try to watch the first and last showing of the movie.

I am on the computer and the rest are cooking, so the TV is mine.

5. I don't have TBS but my aunt and I watched the sequel
to that movie a couple of weeks ago. It's called "It Runs In The Family." Great movie too, btw.

Saw a lady buying a Red Ryder BB gun in the store tonight. I wish I had TBS. I wanted to see that movie so bad this year.

6. I have Red Ryder BB gun, a present from a few years ago.
The movie is at my favorite part when kids visit Santa at the store.

9. Of course, I love the part where all the dogs
run in and ransack the place and get the turkey. It's gonna be like that here tomorrow morning only I got us rib eyes for Christmas day and my mother made string bean casserole and dressing. That's gonna be an interesting meal, but I'll eat and he happy. That's for sure. My cats are going to get catnip rubbed on every toy and blankie this year.

12. As I type ...

I have it on DVD, but for some reason I seem drawn to watching it on TBS every year.

After the current running, I will probably watch _It's a Wonderful Life_ and go to bed for the evening.

And I will annoy one of my cousins with _A Christmas Story_ tomorrow as well, having purchased a high-powered universal remote that I already have programmed for the television in the house where we'll be. She hates this movie. :-)

15. She's insane ...
Edited on Mon Dec-25-06 01:33 AM by RoyGBiv
...and full of herself and tries to force everyone (me mostly) to watch religious programming at family gatherings.

I ain't having it this year.

There will be football, and there will be _A Christmas Story_. These are the only things her father and I have in common, but in comes in handy at this time of year. He's conspiring with me.

OnEdit: She thinks this movie is blasphemous because ... get this ... it portrays Santa in a negative light.

HO HO HO!!!

And what's YOUR name, Little Boy?

If she doesn't like the movie she should not watch it.

Have a little fun for me with the remote.
