Stupidest Christmas idea you've seen this year.
I saw this yesterday, at our local Mall.

Starting back on December 2nd, people could bring their pets (cat or dogs only) to have a picture taken with Santa, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

I asked "Santa" how that deal has been going.
(I know the guy.)
You got it, bitten a couple times, scratched, pet pukes or craps or pees all over Santa.

2. NO BIRDS??!!
That's discrimination. My friend got a picture taken of her bird with Santa at the Hockey Hall of Fame. I loved it!

4. That's very stressful to the animal...
...unless the critter is really phlegmatic, or knows the person who's playing 'Santa', they're bound to react badly...

Cats especially, even if they know 'Santa', may not recognize him in the beard and hat...they seem to rely an awful lot on visual input.

I've seen a cat go from "Who the hell are YOU!?" to "Uncle Jason!" with the removal of a hat.

5. some pets are naughty
and some are nice. Santa should know better than to let the naughty ones pee on him!
