1. Along with your excellent taste in women, you have great taste in music!
I'm a horrible list-maker because I forget stuff and I'm disorganized. But, I was just listening to the Arctic Monkeys, and it's really good. Oh yeah, the new Long Winters is pretty damned good too.

:hi:

Sorry I can't run smack at you in the lead up to our Super Bowl. I hope I win! :bounce:

Oh, now I'm listening to "Hoover Dam" by Sugar over and over... :D

3. I like the Arctic Monkeys.

I still have never heard the Long Winters, despite the fact that you informed me of their existence, what, four years ago?

Good luck in the Super Bowl; I think you're the definite underdog, which is probably a good thing considering how this season went. I'm sorry I can't kick you ass personally, but I'll be too busy getting mine kicked by Ladanian Tomlinson.

4. It's not LT you have to worry about.
He can have a good game, but if Rivers does as well, look out.

www.longwinters.com Go there. Now. :)

6. True.
One touchdown pass from Rivers to LT and I'm done.

Can't talk anymore. Listening to The Long Winters.... :D

5. You're not old.
I like obscure pop music. Most of the songs on my list barely got any airplay in the U.S. (although many were hits in England).

Click on one or two of the links. Maybe it will make you feel young again!

I'm 38, by the way.

7. A lot of those songs are played on "college radio".
If you have XM, listen to XMU, channel 43. If you have Sirius, go with Left of Center. A lot of this music is played there. I'm 38 as well.

10. I loved "O"
I'm not as big a fan of the new CD, but "9 Crimes" is a great song.

"The Blower's Daughter" might make my list of the Top 10 of all time. It's perfect.

12. Really? I think it's a lot of fun.
Of course, Fergie's "London Bridge" missed making the list by that much. So maybe you shouldn't listen to me (good advice in general, I think).
