The Redstone clan expands yet again. Say hello to Marcella.
We went to the shelter today to look at one cat, and ended up coming home with a different one.

Funny, the shelter people told us to keep the kitten downstairs where the litterbox is for a few days by herself so she'd get acclimated to the new surrounding, but Marcie had her own ideas; she wanted to spend the afternoon walking on us on the couch, and getting her face licked by the puppy.

Here are the two Junior Redstones, with Casey and Marcie...who will be buddies by the end of the week, guaranteed.

It's been a damn good day.

5. She was NOT about to hang around downstairs when we were all clustered
on the couch. This is the right cat for us.

8. It sounds like it. Dino liked us right away, but he took a few days
to stop hanging out under the bed for hours at a time. Now (a little over a year later), he likes to attach himself to us as if with Velcro.

2. My dear Redstone!
Congrats on the newest addition!

The kitten looks adorable!

And your boys are both very handsome....

No surprise, considering their father's looks!

And the puppy looks as though he's lived there all his life, too!

I think you all are about to have the happiest Christmas evah!

7. Thanks, Peg. Notice how the older guy is red like me, and the little guy has olive-
colored skin, like Mrs R does?

Good gene mixing we have here. And a good family overall. I'm a happy son of a bitch tonight.

she's very happy (the kitten was following her all over the house).

I enjoyed hearing that.

When we got Morrissey he took over the house - not a bit afraid of Simba and Monty, who hissed their heads off at him. Looks like Marcie will do the same. Congratulations on your new addition!

12. excellent addition!
Marcella looks like my Ivan - tuxedos are darling cats, and for some reason tend to be very affectionate and family-oriented. Glad you all added a cat to the family. Gorgeous sons, too! Your youngest really looks like Mrs. R...even similar smiles.

15. Yes, he does look like his Mama. Mrs R doesn't like me saying that, but I tell her
hey, I like looking at you, so why would I object to having a kid who looks like you?

Notice how the Big Guy has my red skin color, and the Little Guy has Mrs R's olive skin color. Good gene mixing we have going, here.

I just added a kitten to my brood of 5 young kids, 2 cats and a dog...and she has worked her way into our hearts very well.

Congrats...on yet another fur baby.

they're kind of "ADD dogs," but they're great pooches. Smart, loyal, and healthy.

At least for the time being. We already have 2 dogs and 2 is the most I can have. lol. I will get one eventually, but I have to wait. Patience has never been one of my virtues.

Used to have them when I was a kid. My dad and I would breed them. I loved having all those pups around, sooooooo much fun. :)
